Hi , i'm Izzy a 27yo teacher looking for someone to replace my current flatmate leaving begining of october. I'm working full time , enjoy cooking and going out on my spare time. I'm looking for someone considerate to take over half of the lease. The flat is top floor in a nice building , 5min away from cardonald train station , bus 34 has a stop in front of the building and close to the M8. you have a morrisons and Aldi 10 min away.
council tax is band A or B Tbc and bills are about 150 a month. If you're a student you'll be asked to pay a share of the council tax .
