Bright room available in Southside Glasgow

We are Laura and Martin and this is our much-loved home in Southside Glasgow! We are going abroad for a few weeks (until around the 20th February) and are keen to hear from you if you'd like to sublet our flat while we are away. Every room is fully furnished and you will essentially have a one-bedroom flat to yourself. This is available from the 29th or 30th December.

The flat is a two-bed and we plan to keep one room for storage. You will have use of your bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also a shared garden space.

A top floor flat (3rd floor) on Pollokshaws Road in Southside, the flat is close to Queens Park train station, with easy bus routes to town and with free on-street parking. We are looking for someone who is happy to help keep our plants alive and the place would suit someone who'd benefit from having use of our home set-up, plates/kitchen stuff etc. This is not a party house and would suit someone who would like a calm space and some home comforts.

The bedroom has a double bed, a cupboard, and a clothes rail for storage. We keep a clean and tidy space and are looking for someone who would want that too.

£700 rent pm + electricity & gas. Council tax and internet is included in the rent price. (Couples rent £750). Deposit of £200. The neighbours in the block are all great.
