I work full time from home and office and have a 2 year old Jack Russel. She is a very quiet and affectionate dog. Not aggressive. Any flatmate would have to be a dog lover / person.
I am a tidy and like to keep the flat tidy and clean and would expect the same.
I am very laid back and like a laugh.
I am also very approachable and im happy to talk over any issues or changes the new tenant may want to address.
I have an en suite so the tenant would be welcome to have the other bathroom as their own.
