I work in the city-centre at different times during the week and weekends. It means there can be quiet, nice peaceful evenings when I'm out at work.
There are two friendly cats in the flat, but they can be kept to other areas than your room.
I have a 17 year old daughter that stays a couple of nights during the week. We'd like to say hi, chat and then probably get on with what we need to do .. watching TV or homework.
