Bedroom for Rent in Shared Flat - King’s Park

We’re looking for a flatmate to join us in our cute flat by King’s Park. The property has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a little garden in the back. The bedroom itself is only furnished with the bed.

The flat sits between King’s Park and Crosshill train stations. There’s a 24 hr open Asda within 15 minutes walking distance. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city centre via several bus lines, or about an hour walk if you’re more into that.

The rent is 303 GBP per person. The bills are around 150 GBP per person and it includes gas, electricity, Council Tax, WiFi, and TV License.

We’re two women in our mid-20s that currently live here, from Norway and Turkey. We like socializing with each other like by watching television together in the evenings but we also respect each others’ space. One of us works from home, so the flat is rarely empty. Our biggest interests are culture and entertainment so if this is something we share we’ll get along great, but this is obviously not a requirement. We’re both nice and chill people and would like someone who is similar. It’s not a particularly loud household, we do invite people over from time to time, but we’re not super into partying and would appreciate someone with a similar mindset.

To summarize, we’re looking for a professional to move into our shared flat on the 17 September 2024, or earlier. We’re looking for someone to move in long term who is nice, respectful and good with shared living spaces.
