Furnished room available in cosy modern home

My lovely house mate has bought her own place so will be moving out in the next 6-8 weeks and I’m looking for someone new 😊.

I’d love to welcome a friendly, tidy non-smoker to live with me either short term or on a longer term basis. All I ask is £150 deposit (deducted off the first month rent when you move in) and you kindly give me at least 1 month notice if you’re moving out. The small double room has a double bed, two chests of drawers, a short clothes rail, bedside table, a dressing table, lamp and a window that faces the back garden. It’s in a quiet and safe area.

The living room has a large sofa and TV. There are two toilets, the upstairs one has a bath. The kitchen has oven, gas hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
All plates and cutlery etc. provided.

There’s easy, free parking.

There’s a bus stop 3 mins walk away and train station 15 mins walk away. The massive Silverburn shopping centre is 10 mins walk away with tescos, retail stores, cafe, restaurants, cinema and gym.

I’m a nurse who works long shifts (mix of day and night shifts) and I also love a weekend away so you’ll have some evenings and weekends to yourself. I’d probably prefer someone who doesn’t solely work from home but not a necessity.
I have a friendly, gentle and quiet spaniel 🐾 so you must love dogs.

The bills would be included in the price and all dealt with by me.
