Flatmate wanted, age 25-30

Hey! I am renting out one of my spare rooms in my new flat in Knightswood. I bought the flat in July, it’s got a brand new kitchen and fresh paint/carpets. I have a private section of the garden which faces south. It’s a lovely, quiet street near Knightswood park, Alderman road, GWR Aldi and M&S- we also have lots of young neighbours which is nice! The total cost is £625PCM which includes £450 for rent and £175 for council tax, gas & electricity, and internet.

About me: I am a 28 year old, working professional female. I am pretty sociable so I’m often out seeing friends but ideally would like a flatmate that we can do things together like cook, watch films etc, but also have our own space. I have a guitar and keyboard so may hear music. Drink socially and usually have lots planned with friends. Diet wise, I’m a pescatarian. Would be ideal someone with similar dietary habits. Preferably female but may consider male. No pets, sorry! Anything else just ask :)
