Furnished double room in Glasgow near subway

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my two bedroom flat which is located in Kinning Park near the centre of Glasgow. The area is nice and quiet as we are hidden in a little cul-de-sac with free parking. The flat is a two minute walk from Kinning Park subway station and only a 25 minute walk into town. The flat is council tax is band C. Electricity bills aren't included in the rent as these can change each month.

Your bedroom is a furnished double room with a double window. We will also be sharing a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The flat is fully furnished and has a nice, cosy feel. I like to keep my home tidy so would appreciate someone who could respect the shared living spaces and help with the cleaning from time to time.

You'll be living with just myself (the landlord). I work four days a week from the office, and rarely work weekends. Just due to past experience, I would prefer a flatmate who didn't regularly work from home. In my spare time, I love to socialise with my friends and often spend my weekends going out. When I am in the flat, it would be great if we could hang out sometimes - maybe have dinner together or watch a film. I usually cook Hello Fresh meals, but if you enjoy cooking and fancy making dinner together from time to time that would be fab also!
