Furnished double room in Glasgow near subway

Hello! :)

I'm looking for a flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat which is located in Kinning Park near the centre of Glasgow. The area is nice and quiet as we are hidden in a little cul-de-sac with free parking. The flat is a 2 minutes walk from the subway and only a 25 minute walk into town. The flat is council tax is band C. Electricity bills aren't included in the rent as these can change each month.

Your bedroom is a furnished double room. We would also be sharing a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The flat has recently been decorated and is fully furnished. I do take a lot of pride in keeping my flat tidy so would appreciate someone who could respect the shared living spaces please and help with the cleaning from time to time. Also it's a shoes aff gaff (slippers are allowed though of course haha)!

You'd be living with myself (the landlord). I work four days a week and work mostly from the office. I would be looking for a flatmate who works mostly from the office also. I love to socialise with my friends and I also DJ a lot, so I would be interested in hearing what you like to listen to! It would be also nice if we could hang out sometimes in the flat - maybe have dinner together or watch a film. If you're interested in viewing my home then please contact me for more details.
