Bright flat with room with a view as far as Ben Lomond. Large shared Kitchen/living space and one bathroom. Excellent location between City Centre and the West End.

Flat shared with me, Tanja, originally from Finland. I’m a professional in the admin world but also a creative person. Chilled and friendly flatmate, I like keeping the flat clean and tidy but homely and hoping to find someone who is happy to do the same.

The room would be suitable for someone chilled, friendly, non-smoking, social but non-party animal and a professional (for council tax reasons). Also someone planning to stay long term, at least 6 months.

- Bills about £145 a month/each (council tax, energy, broadband)
