Entire Flat: 2 Bed-Flat with All Bills Inc

Hi! I'm looking for a flatmate for my 2-bedroom flat, which is just a stone's throw away from Kinning Park station. I'm mostly out of the country, so you'll have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

Move in: December 21st onwards

About the Flat:

Location: it’s super close to Kinning Park station – about a 1-min walk. Plus, there's Kinning Park itself right behind the property.

Facilities: The flat is furnished with a TV, sofa and all the anemeties. We've got a powerful shower, a kitchen with all the essentials (fridge, oven, lots of storage), and a living room with a large TV, a comfy sofa, and a dining table.

Bills: All bills are included in the rent, except for electricity, which is on a top-up meter. There are energy saving electric heaters and boilers so the electricity bill usually is around £25 (summer) to £50 (winter)

Outdoor Space: There's a communal garden for when you want some fresh air, and we have parking space too.

Tenancy Length: The room is available for anywhere between 12 months to on a rolling basis
