New Build double bedroom

A double bedroom available to rent in New Build apartments in Cathcart.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cathcart train station, which is a 13 minute journey to Central Station.

The rent is £650 per month, all bills included(gas, electric, broadband and council tax - band E).

I am 35 years old, and work for a bank from the office 2 days a week and from home 3 days.

I like running and playing badminton in my spare time when I’m not working, or looking after the 10 month beagle puppy who is cute is very well behaved, but it is important that you are dog friendly.

I am very clean and tidy, and I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I am happy to sometimes watch tv in the livingroom, aswell spending time in my bedroom.

I am gay and have a boyfriend who visits 1-2 days a week, so it is important that you are LGBT friendly too.

The flat comes with a parking space that my boyfriend sometimes uses.

I have a washer/dryer, dishwasher and all kitchen amenities including an air fryer.
