This is a 3-bedroom flat. Big bathroom is shared with just one other person. Master’s bedroom which I use is en-suite.

Rent per month is £670 except energy bills. All other bills included (council tax, water, 500mbps internet, virgin media tv with sports, other building maintenance fees).

Energy bill average £100 per month which will be divided by 3 (cheaper during the summer).

Parking is available for free on-street but not always guaranteed.

Of course, there’s mattress on the bed :)

About your flatmates: 2 professionals. I am away most of the time due to work (out of hours too). The other person works 9-5.
