Furnished Room - Southside Glasgow

** I know there are a lot of men out there that would make a great flat mate, however I would only feel comfortable flat sharing with a female. Sorry for the blanket rule, thank you for understanding.**

Location: 4 miles from City Centre.
Transport: 10 mins walk to nearest train station & 2 mins walk to nearest bus stop.
Bills Included: council tax, gas, electric, broadband & tv.
Room : Double bed (with under bed storage), clothes rail, bedside cabinet, drawers, desk & chair.
Shared space: kitchen, living room, bathroom & private garden.
Safety: Locks installed on internal doors (all bedrooms and bathroom), ring door bell installed at front door & motion sensor light installed at front door.
Parking: I do not have a driveway, but you will be able to park in the street no problem. Me and my current flat mate have both always been able to park directly outside.

I work in IT as a Service Delivery manager. I mostly work from the office, but sometimes I work from home (I use "bedroom 3" as my office). Every now and again I will have my friend/boyfriend over for dinner. During the week after work I will either be out exercising, volunteering at Rainbows Girl Guiding club, visiting family or out for dinner/drinks with work colleagues. I strive to keep my home clean, tidy and organised. Therefore, I would be looking for somebody who values having a clean/tidy/organised home. I work 9-5, I am a morning person and like to stick to a regular sleeping pattern. Therefore I would have a preference for somebody who works similar hours & sleeps similar hours. I am very easy going and can get on with anyone :)
