Renting one single room.

The rent is 300 pounds with Council tax (33 pounds) and electricity bill (usually 40-50 pounds per person).
The minimum rent is 3 months.

The deposit is 150 pounds.

The flat has 2 floors and there are two bathrooms.

No pet and no smoke is allowed in the flat.

At the moment there are living 3 male students 22 and 26 years, however any gender is welcome.

Flat is located at 7 min walking from Bridgeton train station. You can arrive from there to Argyle Street in 3min with the train.

There are plenty space for free parking but its shared.
