My flatmate is renting out my room and I am looking for someone to replace her in the contract. She is returning to her home country that's why she need to find someone to replace her. It's a two bedroom flat with big living room and big wardrobes. The flat will be shared with me. The flat comes unfurnished however I already got sofa, table and chairs. The room is located in G34 and it's near a train station (which is 10min away from Glasgow city centre). And the rent is £375 and £375 for deposit.
