Short-term let of double room in Glasgow Southside

Hello,

Looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person to rent my spare room.

Firstly, a little about the flat itself. It's a newly renovated, corner tenement flat in a lovely, bright street in Battlefield, just around the corner from Sinclair Drive where there's one of the best bakeries in town and some lovely new cafes and bars (and a new Marks and Spencer food shop). Neighbours are quiet and friendly, and there's a bus stop right outside the front door that takes you straight into town. There's free on-street parking and two train stations within easy walking distance, so it's very well connected. I also have a spare bike you can use.

The spare room you'd be renting is big, bright and airy, had been recently painted, includes a double bed, clothes rail and a built in corner cupboard with shelving. You'd also have access to kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

The room is available for a Monday to Friday let, between 11th May - 5th June.
