I'm looking for a flatmate for a 1-bedroom flat. The owner has converted a spacious hall into a room, which includes a bed, cupboards, and a sofa. The flat is furnished and located in Gorbals, G59XT. I currently occupy the other room and work in IT, we will be sharing a common kitchen and bathroom. The flat is a 25-minute walk from the city centre, and amenities like Co-op, Boots, and Glasgow Green are just a few minutes away on foot. I'm open to both short-term and long-term arrangements, with a minimum of 3 month's stay. I'm looking for someone who is organised, responsible and chill, room will be available from the first week of November 2025. Rent is £450pm (excluding bills)
