Double Room available in Cathcart

Hi,
I have a double bedroom available in Cathcart from 9th August.
The rent is 500 pounds per month, excluding bills.

The bills per person would be :
WiFi - £24
Utilities - £60
Council tax - Band B (split equally amongst us)

The double bed room is in a huge two bedroom house with a front yard, having a great connectivity to the city centre via train (every 15 mins). Train station is just a minute away with a wide range of basic amenities near by.
Looking for a pet friendly person as I have a lovely and a friendly dog who usually sleeps in his den / living room.
I’m a working professional, going to the office twice a week, so you’ll have the place to yourself then.
I love to go out, play games and watch movies and usually like to travel on the weekends.
