Bills included double room near city centre

I have a double room available near the city centre as I'm moving away due to a job offer and will only be back every 4-6 weeks to see my boyfriend & friends (and will most likely stay at my partner's place)

My other bedroom is currently rented out to a young professional (23) who is part of the LGBTQ+ community.

George Square is a 20-minute walk away, the block is lockated in a quiet dead-end street next to Glasgow Green.
The flat also comes with a medium-sized storage unit located in GTW storage so if needed any excess furniture/belongings can be stored safely.
The room is east-facing and gets plenty of sunlight during the morning hours. It has a built-in wardrobe and additional furniture can also be bought to increase storage capacity.


flexibility for tenant to bring their own furniture if they wish to do so, room is currently furnished but everything can be dismantled and put into storage
The rest of the flat is very spacious, the living room includes an ottoman sofa bed (it mainly gets used as a daybed), a bar, a large dining table and further storage cabinets
The kitchen is L-shaped and a comfortable size, fully equipped with an espresso machine.
Free parking space is available and comes with the flat which I do not use.
Contract will be provided as I own the flat - It will be a legally binding contract to protect both parties. It gives safety for both you & me
Animals are permitted however in this case deposit might be increased.

A bit about me:
I`m a 29-year-old event manager, due to the nature of my job I`m out and away a lot. I like to keep my surroundings clean (except when I`m working on a DIY project, in which case the flat can be a bit messy for 1-2 weeks)
My boyfriend`s dog visits a fair bit but if you are someone with an allergy this will be taken into consideration.
Boyfriend doesn't stay over, I normally stay at his. If for any reason this would change I would ask and discuss it with you prior, and I ask you to do the same regarding any partners or house guests. 🌈friendly

If you have someone wanting to visit and stay that's absolutely fine within reason. (I'd say usually up to a week)
Again, this can be discussed.
