I have a ensuite double room available located in Glasgows West End, directly in front of Hillhead Subway Station,
-Rent: £650 per month.
-Room comes fully furnished. Include double bed, wardrobe, your own toilet+shower, and a walkin closet/storage.
-Many shops within minutes' walk. Tesco: 1 minute, Greggs: 30 seconds. Gym 3min, variety pubs and restaurants
-Council tax band D (100 each)
-Bills split 50/50 (50-70 each depending on usage)
-Would ideally prefer working profesionals for council tax purposes but will consider students aswell.
About Me:
I am a 23 year old Ecuadorean moved to Glasgow on August to start my job at an investment back. I work 2 days a week from home, so we have high speed internet. I (think) am fairly sociable, but also understand when people want to keep to thereselves. We have a living room that does not have much, so if you like decorating or have a lot of stuff you can just put it in the living room.
