I have just been approved for an Airbnb licence but circumstances have changed (very long story and better over a cup of tea)

Clean room in newly renouvated house.
Great location for trains, buses, and road links.
Parking available.
Walking distance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital

The price for the room includes breakfast, all bills, laundry, and evening meal Monday-Friday. There is no hob use for guests due to a very sensitive sprinkler system! There is a reduction in cost if you will not be having an evening meal here (£600), or only wish to stay Monday - Friday (£600) - Please just ask..

I am a teacher and work a lot so you might not see too much of me but I am sociable when free. I like gigs, cimema, theatre, and chatting. Not a big party anilmal so looking for a similar house mate / housemates who will be respectful of the space.
