Flat is with new builds in view of Silverburn shopping centre so regular busses into city centre or a 15 min walk to Kennishead train station to get a train into town or Kilmarnock. The master bedroom has an en-suite and built in wardrobe with mirrors. So you wouldn’t need to share a toilet / shower. The flat originally was unfurnished but I’ve fully furnished the shared spaces ( living room, kitchen and hall) but as my flat mate currently owns all the furniture in her room she will be selling / taking most of it with her but I will have a bed etc in it for the next tenant moving in the master bedroom and obviously if you wanted to get new furniture etc you are more than welcome to do so! As said The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with extra appliances such as air fryer, microwave, tv, google home etc! The couch is also a recliner! We also have a carpark with a parking space that’s available to use.
Rent is £400 a month each. Electric / gas’s bills differ depending on how much we use but current direct debit is just about £80 and WiFi is £45 so it’s only £475 including bills. - if ur not a student and interested in moving in I’m happy to consider providing we discussed payments of the council tax.

Current flatmate is moving back to Ireland in April last minute due to having a baby and having to take a year of uni.
I’m currently a 3rd year student studying at Glasgow Caledonian university and also work part time so I’m quite a busy bee and am usually in and out the flat quite a lot but I do love to socialise and appreciate personal space as well!
