We’re offering our spare bedroom for rent to someone who is not a drinker/smoker from September 7th 2025.

Our cozy flat is conveniently located and getting to the town centre is a breeze with five minutes walk to the train station or one of the numerous bus routes.

Our home isn’t large, but it’s fully equipped with all the essential amenities, such as a washing machine, high-end dryer, Home Cinema, dishwasher, robot vacuum, smart lights, smart thermostats, a security camera at the front door, and a smart door lock.

Here are our requirements:
1. Female
2. Non-Smoker
3. Not allergic to cats
4. No Pets

Rent is 150 per week, deposit is 600.

What is included in the weekly rent is:
Electricity, gas, water, Council tax, internet.

What’s not included:
1. TV license
2. All household consumables or groceries

Shorter stays might be considered but at a higher weekly rate to offset the risk of room not getting occupied.
