Double room near Cardonald Train station

Hello!

I’m offering my spare bedroom for rent to a non-smoker.

My cosy flat has two rooms: one for me and one other available for rent. Please note that the bathroom is shared.

I strongly prefer to have someone who likes to communicate and share time and maybe cook together. I like socializing so if you're an introvert, this might not be working.
It’s conveniently located just five minutes from the Cardiff train station with trains to central station taking only 10 minutes.

Amenities include an OLED TV and home cinema, a high-end washer and dryer, gigabit internet, a robotic vacuum, smart lights, a smart lock and camera doorbell, and a high-end dishwasher.

I love playing games on the TV, watching the latest films, and cooking delicious food.

The rent depends on your length of stay. It’s £125 per week for stays longer than three months and £175 per week for stays shorter than three months.

Electricity, gas, water, council tax, and internet are included in the weekly rent.

What’s not included:
- TV licence
- All household consumables or groceries
