Spacious double Room for rent

Hi,

I am shonie very easy going and friendly, my home majority of the time is quiet, tidy and calm happy for use to equally share space I want future housemate to feel welcome & at home, enjoy house as much as I do,

I currently have 2 bedroom house it is old build with spacious rooms, I do have 2 large dogs (Weimaraners) must be fine with dogs they are friendly do like loads of cuddles,

I am willing negotiate rent price/deposit,

I do work from home 3 days out of the week will be in to look after my fur babies (don’t worry never expect you to walk them) maybe odd occasion to feed them or keep side door open dogs know how let themselves out/in, I am out most weekends either socialising or working nights in pub,

spare room has become available with improved laminated flooring aim to get better photos posted, the room is unfurnished room ready for future housemate to move into, if anything like change please let me know happy to accommodate as hoping to give walls fresh paint,
