Room for rent

I am shonie very easy going and friendly,

I currently own 2 bedroom house it is old build with very spacious rooms, I do have 2 large dogs (Weimaraners) must be fine with dogs,

I am willing negotiate rent price/deposit,

I do work from home a lot will be in most of Time to look after the dogs whom are friendly giants and spare room has become available with improved laminated flooring,
