Room for rent

Hi,

I am shonie very easy going and friendly,

I currently Own 2 bedroom house it is old build with very spacious rooms, I do have 2 large dogs (Weimaraners) must be fine with dogs,

I am willing negotiate rent price/deposit,

I work from home a lot and spare room will be available from end of the April due to the spare room going through improvements and clear out,
