I am shonie very easy going and friendly,

I currently have 2 bedroom house it is old build with spacious rooms, I do have 2 large dogs (Weimaraners) must be fine with dogs they are as friendly a giants,

I am willing negotiate rent price/deposit,

I do work from home a lot will be in most of time to look after my fur babies and out most weekends either socialising or working nights in pub, spare room has become available with improved laminated flooring aim to get better photos posted, the room is empty unfurnished room ready for future housemate to move into,
