Summer short term let in homely flat

I have a room available in my flat from the end of June/beginning of July until the end of August. I can be a bit flexible with dates, potentially extending into mid September.

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a television. The room has been redecorated since I took the photographs on the advert - I will upload updated photos asap!

There is a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The living room has an Apple TV box which has a few subscription services which you would be welcome to use! There is a shared garden with a secure metal bike shed with space for you to store a bicycle.

The flat is in Anniesland, with good public transport, and driving links to city centre, west end, and hospitals. The flat is on a bus route directly to both west end and into the city, and the train station is a 10 min walk from the flat. There is also on-street parking.

Within walking distance there is an Aldi, M&S food, Lidl, and Morrisons. Also a number of pubs and coffee shops, a gym, and the canal and parks.

All bills will be included. Rent is £150 per week, paid fortnightly by bank transfer, for the upcoming two weeks. Deposit of 2 weeks rent.

You will be sharing with two others, however one of the flatmates will be away for summer so really just 1 female flatmate who will be working a lot over summer!
