I am currently seeking a friendly and responsible individual to become my new flatmate in this beautiful flat in the gorbals as sadly my current flatmate is moving out due to an exciting new job opportunity! The flat is fully furnished. The images are of when it was just moved in and it is more decorated now!

Some basic information of the flat:
📍 Location: Gorbals
🛏️ Bedrooms: 2 but only one is available
🛁 Bathrooms: 2 but my bedroom is an ensuite so the other bathroom would only be used by you
💰 Rent: £550 pcm
📅 Move-in Date: Ideally 1st Jan but could be negotiable

Some extra information:
Wifi and bills are not included but it is usually not too expensive (around £40-80 depending on usage). References are required and the flat is under council band D (£200pcm)

About me:
Recently graduated from my MSc this year! I am friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces as I have been co-living with friends and flatmates since uni! I am looking for a flatmate but as we will be living together it would be nice to become friends eventually:)
