Room in Flatshare ( Long term )

One of our flatmates is moving out, and we have a lovely room to fill. It's one of the 4 rooms with a medium-sized, double bed. It comes with a wardrobe, desk, if desired, and bed.
Note: the wall has been repainted and is now sage green.

Rent is £400
Council tax adds around £90 per month
Internet £7.25
We pay for electricity/gas every three months, around £150, depending on how much we have used.

The room is available from May 4th. We pay rent on the 24th of every month, so the initial payment will be partial rent until the 24th (£265).

About the three current flatmates:
We have a PhD student from Greece, a painter and street artist from France, and a writer from France. It's a rather chill flat with a big living room where we do some hosting but not an excessive amount. We are sociable people with busy schedules, happy to hang out, and used to unusual rhythms.
