Beautiful southside flat available

A bright southside flat, across from tesco and next to train station. Near a bunch of great cafes, bars and parks.

Shared living room/kitchen is open plan. Bedroom available is furnished with wardrobe, bed and couch. Lease would be for 6 months with a good possibility for extension. Rent is £650, including all bills.

Looking for someone who is thoughtful. Someone who would be up for a chat and also able to respect silence. I don’t mind if there is a dish or two left in sink for a little, etc. as long as we make an effort to keep shared space tidy/take turns with trash, keeping things overall neat.

As far as me personally, I work for NHS and take evening classes. Also training to be a yoga teacher (so free yoga practice if interested;)) On occasion will go out for a drink or two, but more likely ill be going to interesting events, hosting a dinner or hanging out with friends.
