My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone who can take up her tenancy. The table, chair and the screen will be taken (it belongs to my flatmate). And the Tv in the living room is hers as well. Feel free to bring yours if you have one :)

I'm an accountant, working in Finnieston. I usually work in the office from 9-5 Monday to Thursday and often work from home on Fridays. I like socialising in my spare time, however, I am also studying for professional qualifications therefore I enjoy my peace of mind during the exam period. I have a thing for 'home', and I expect the person to be clean. I'm very easygoing and at the same time enjoy my personal space.
I prefer a working professional for council tax reasons.
The area is well connected with a bus stop close by.
