The flat is conveniently located near local transport links - there's a bus stop right in front of the building and Shettleston train station is only a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, there's off-street parking with plenty of free spaces available.

The flat also features a shared, large living room with a 65 - inch TV (all paid subscriptions included), a shared bathroom, and a small but functional kitchen with washer-dryer. There’s also big communal garden (shared with neighbours from the landing). I renovated the flat myself last year, so everything is in excellent condition.

You'll be living with me (Simon). I’m an adult student. I went back to uni to studying nursing. I'm sociable but will also respect your privacy. I'm gay, so LGBTQ+ individuals are more than welcome!

The room is priced at £650 per month, which includes ALL bills, plus a £650 deposit.
