Double Room in two bed flat in Pollokshields

I have a double room available in a two-bedroom flat in Pollokshields. I’m a live-in landlord and would describe myself as easy-going, I enjoy a night out as much as a cosy night in and am always up for trying something new.

I work shifts, including night shifts, so I’m looking for someone who can be respectful of that. I’m often off during the week, so it probably wouldn’t suit someone working from home fulltime.

The flat is in a quiet location, but just a 15 minute walk to Pollokshaws Road, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The nearest train station is Pollokshields East (10 minute walk), which is one stop from Central Station. Shields Road subway is also about a 15 minute walk, giving easy access to the West End. There is parking available with the flat too.

All bills are included in the rent, there are no extra costs.

The room is available from June until mid September, as I have someone else moving in after that.
