I'm looking for someone to fill this lovely 2-bed furnished flat in Shawlands.
Generous space with shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, built in wardrobes, and double bed. Great area with friendly neighbours who get together to take care of the garden and lane behind the flat.
Martin - who you'll be living with - bakes excellent cakes, enjoys relaxing in the space after work or going out to see friends, and works in and likes to talk about TV.
Looking for a professional (unless you're a student happy to pay council tax) to move in from 1st August or earlier (we can chat about it). Flexibility around this would just mean you're subletting until we can get you on the tenancy :)
Please note: with DJ Alexandra, when searching for a replacement tenant, employed individuals are required to have an annual salary of £15,000 or above.
