I am a young professional and I’m looking for a flatmate!

I’m a generally social person and tidy up after myself, especially in communal areas. I am considerate of others.

In my spare time: I currently try to run 2/3 times a week (I recently completed the couch to 5K) and go to the gym. I like to both stay in and go out, such as to the pub!

About the Flat:

Spacious 2 Bed Flat on the third floor.
Flat has been recently refurbished with a modern bathroom and kitchen.
Parking is included.
Right next to Lidl (1 minute walk).
20 minute walk to Byres Road
30 minute walk to Buchanan Street
2 minute walk to the subway.
Monthly: electricity is £70 each, Wifi is currently £11.25 each, council tax is £98.50 each.

Other professionals preferred for council tax reasons but open to renting with a student if they can contribute to the council tax themselves - this would come with a 25% discount due to their student status.
