Right next to Lidl (1 minute walk).
15 minute walk to the University of Glasgow.
Less than 5 minute walk to the subway.
Electricity is between £55 - £70 each depending on usage (e. g. heating in Winter) and Wifi is £13.50 each.
Available to be viewed now and rented from the 3rd March.
Students preferred for council tax exemption but open to renting with a professional if they can pay the council tax themselves - this would come with a 25% discount due to my student status (Flat is in Council Tax D).

About Me:

I am in my fourth year at the University of Glasgow and I’m looking for a flatmate!

I’m a generally social person and tidy up after myself, especially in communal areas. I am considerate of others.

In my spare time: I currently try to run 2/3 times a week (I recently completed the couch to 5K) and go to the gym. I like to both stay in and go out, such as to the pub!
