Room very near the train station in a quite area ideal for students. Located in East End, four stations from the city center. All bills included.
We are looking for a student that speaks either German, Russian, Lithuanian or Polish, but we are flexible on this and on the dates too. The room can be rented until September, or for 1 semester from September onwards. Ideally, it would be rented the whole time because it is available now.
We are currently two people in the flat.
