Flat is located at Tradeston in Westbridge Gardens. West Street Subway is literally outside, 2 min walk.
20 min walk to the City Centre.
The flat is furnished.
Rent is £995 and £497.50 each for rent.
Bills are around £75-£100+ for Electricity/Gas and WiFi each.
Yes, we’re allowed pets.
No preferences as long as you’re sound and easy going and can play ball with maintaining the place tidy.

I also welcome having people over, that can be easily communicated.
Im out of town for work during this short term let and will be easy to contact for anything you need to make your stay is as comfortable as possible.
