This room is in a furnished two-bedroom double-bed flat, with a living room, a dining area, two baths and a fully-equipped kitchen. Equipped with a fast internet connection.

This room has a double bed with a mirrored wardrobe, a study desk and chair; it has its own private toilet and bath across the hall way.

Rent is £570 pcm payable on the first day of every month. Council tax is pre-included in this rent and cannot be subtracted (hence, room is unsuitable for students).

Electricity and broadband bills are not included. These bills will be split between us each month.

Internet is fixed at £18.50/person/month until April 2026. Electricity bill depends on use.
