Double Room, Battlefield – Mon-Fri – All Bills Inc

I’m renting my spare bedroom. A fully-furnished double room in a top-floor tenement in Battlefield. It’s a chilled flat and I’m looking for a professional flatmate who will fit nicely with that!

A Monday-Friday Rental is preferred: £550pcm, all bills (council tax, electricity/gas and full fibre broadband) are included in that rental price.

But if you are interested in full-week rental, the price would be £750pcm (only some bills inc.). Council Tax Band C.

Parking and Transport: on-street parking is available. Excellent transport links to the city centre and West End, by bus (from the end of the street) or by train from Mount Florida (10mins walk).

Flat and Location
The flat has a large, shared living room, entrance hall, spacious galley kitchen, and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. It is also fully kitted out with a TV, washing machine, as well as access to all household equipment and utensils. Access to a communal garden.

It is located on a fairly quiet residential street, but is very close by to all the cafes, bars, and restaurants that the South Side has to offer. There are lots of leafy parks nearby – Queen’s Park, Linn Park, and Pollok Park.

I’m a young professional with quite a busy lifestyle and am out of the flat fairly often during the week. I like to run, hike, and to socialise regularly. I put a lot of effort into the flat to keep it clean and nice, so am keen to find someone who will look after the place!
