There is gas central smart heating, keyless entry to the house, CCTV, electric shower, bath, gas cooker and electric oven. There is an ample storage space in the house. On street parking available, no permit required. You will be sharing a house with myself (owner of the house) 32yo male from Slovakia, full time working and my cat. She is the boss 😀 I am looking for a clean and tidy person. No couples.
Within 7 minutes walk you get grocery store (Co-op, Farmfoods, One O One, Premier) Domino's pizza, Chinese and post office. Bus number 46 is two minutes walk. Bus number 41 and 38E is six minutes walk. The Carntyne train station is twenty minutes walk. Large Morrisons (Glasgow Fort) is 8 minutes drive. Large Asda (Glasgow forge) is 10 minutes drive. There is quick and easy access to the M8 motorway. Exit numbers 11 and 12.
