Looking for a second student to apply to this flat

Hi! I am Reuben, a 29-year-old from Singapore doing my PhD at the University of Strathclyde. I talked to the flat manager when applying to another flat in the spare room and found out he has a second identical flat that is currently under renovation and should be free to move in late July.

It's 1000 for the whole flat split between us. If both of us are students, we do not need to pay council tax; we only need gas, electricity, and broadband.

The flat is 3 mins walk from a subway station.

So I am looking for any other students who might be interested in taking up this tenement flat.

I have a small white cat-sized pomeranian dog, on Instagram, who I'll be moving in with! He's cuddly and loves company, and is trained to use pee pads so he won't make a mess in the house!

I generally keep to myself unless others are up to go to the pub. I often attend or even organise hillwalking activities in the weekends so you are welcome to come along!
