The flat has a great location which is close to Glasgow green, and a bunch of train station- Bridgeton/high street nearby. Bus stop is only 3 minutes of walk.
It is about 20 minutes walk to university of Strathclyde, 15 minutes walk to merchant city and 10 minutes bus to George square.
Please note that bills are not included in the rent- Council tax will be 89 per person and utility will be around 30-70 per month depending on the seasonal usage.
I am a professional and I am also looking for someone who is preferably also a professional for council tax reason. You can still message me if you are a student.
