Hi everyone, my lovely flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in this cosy flat!
The flat is in a lovely location, 5 min walk from Queen’s Park, Mount Florida train station and most importantly, lots of lovely cafes/restaurants/bakeries ☕️🍰🍞.
It’s a cosy tenement with nice neighbours. The room is fairly small but has a double bed and plenty of storage with a massive wardrobe. The room is also very peaceful and quiet as it faces onto the shared garden space. Kitchen is small but modern and has decent storage space. Bathroom is a classic long and narrow tenement bathroom!
You will be living with me, Hannah :) I work from home (I have a desk in my room) and I enjoy reading, cooking yummy food, spending time with pals, gigs, films, hiking - all that fun stuff and would be looking for someone who enjoys socialising but also respects boundaries and space. I would be looking for a working professional who enjoys keeping the flat clean and tidy. The room likely would not fit a desk but I am more than happy to consider setting up the living room with a workspace if needed. Sorry if you are a student, I would not consider you for the room.
The rent is £386.25 due to increase slightly to £421 in August. This is not inc. bills. Inc bills I pay about £580 for rent, wifi, council tax, gas/electric.
