I have a double room with an ensuite that is fully furnished which will be available from August for rent, preferably looking for a female tenant and both professionals and students are welcome.

The flat is on the first floor and is in a beautiful condition, it has secure parking available and the area is quiet. The flat is a 5 minute walk away from the bus into the city centre or 15 minute to the nearest train station.

Bills are not included but will be on average around £55 per month. This is wifi, gas and electricity. The council tax band is B.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower. There is also a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the living room/kitchen area. The double bed has a large storage space underneath. There is also a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
