I am advertising the room since I am leaving soon. It is an incredible double room with dressing room . It is just at 5 minutes walk from the University of Glasgow Ave. University gym, the library and several schools are nerby. At 10 minuts walk you have the Hillhead subway station and Byres Road, with lots of stores and Tesco.
We are currently 5 in our house, 2 women and 3 males. They are super nice flat-mates. The house itself has two floors and 2 bathrooms. One of the thinks that I liked the most when I choosed this house is the kitchen. It is huge and contains 2 fridges, 2 freezers 2 stoves and 2 ovens and furnished! We also have dryer (really usefull in Glasgow)
Finally we have a very kind garden to relax. We need a new tenant as soon as possible. The contract will start July 27th.
