Glasgow Southside Room for Rent March-December

We have a lovely room available to rent in a great flat situated in the Southside of Glasgow. We are 5 minutes walk from a train station which will take you to Glasgow central in 12 minutes. Also a 5 minute walk from several bus links around Glasgow. If you drive, you will also have your own private parking space right at the flat. The flat is in a quiet residential area up its own private road away from the main road.

It is a lovely ground floor flat with cosy touches, perfect for relaxing after work or having some friends over. We have also created a small seating area out the front for when the sun appears.

The room is furnished with a bed, mattress & wardrobe.

This is a bit of a unique situation which will be a positive for the person renting. I (Katie) have moved to London untill the end of the year for work and Dean will be living in the flat untill April and will then be in Plymouth until the end of the year for work - you will therefore have the flat entirely to yourself majority of the time.

We are renting out the room only as we would would like to keep our own room as base should we be back for the occasional weekend, event or seasonal holiday. We will always keep in touch with you and should we be returning for a bit, would let you know with plenty notice.

We are looking for a single person & professional and are asking for £750pcm which would include all bills & council tax. All we ask that you take good care of and respect our home. We will be back at the end of the year but we can be flexible with a move out date to suit your needs.
