Ensuite Room, Bright Modern flat near City Centre

Room: Ensuite double (Preferably female only, the room photo is the one to rent out and will be tidy up when move in)
I am looking for someone to takeover my flatmate's room. The flat was unfurnished but I have furnished the WHOLE flat. The bedroom renting out is the master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom (shower), a semi-double bed and mattress, and a walk-in wardrobe. The room is good-sized, with big, bright windows and ample sunshine. We will be sharing the living room/ kitchen.

Location is prime, 15 mins walk to the city centre, 5 mins walk to the subway station (Bridge Street). Outdoor onsite parking and outdoor bike parking rack (will not accept to place inside the flat). Despite the proximity to city centre, it's very peaceful and nice

I am working for a 9-5 job. I work hybrid so there are days I will be at home during the weekdays.

I am looking for someone with a similar work schedule/ lifestyle (preferable female). I enjoy chatting and socialising but also prefer some me-time. Happy to have movie/ cooking nights but also respect your downtime. No smoking or vaping, no constant guests. I care about cleanliness so will look for someone who is clean and tidy and willing to share cleaning chords of the kitchen/living room. In general, to maintain a cozy and comfortable environment in the flat.

The rent is 600 a month, and bills, council tax and wifi are roughly 160 per month (excluded and to be shared equally). The flat has a high EPC rating so heating is not always necessary in winter months (good to save energy costs!). Landlord reference and job reference will be required with the landlord.

Ideally, the move-in date is from now to mid-July. Looking for someone for long stay only (1 year at least). Please DM with a short introduction for more details.
