Large Double Room on Paisley Road West

We are Scott and Hector and we have a double bedroom ready to be rented out from the start of August. It’s a large room with big windows, lots of light, and a spanking fresh carpet. We are on the top floor on the popular street of Paisley Road West, unfortunately there is no disabled access.
There is a mix of furniture already in the room, including a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, side table etc.

The flat is a good size with a large living room, good sized kitchen and a wee bathroom. The garden is really nice to sit in during summer and sit out and socialise. Our neighbours are all super friendly and quiet.

The flat is located in Kinning Park, just round the corner from the subway (a two mins walk through Plantation Park). There are lots of buses nearby on Paisley Rd West that can take you into the centre of town or to Shawlands.

The local coffee shop Good Coffee Cartel is just round the corner and there’s loads of food shops and cafes on the road. The Old Toll Bar is just a short walk away and there is a Tesco and Coop near there too. Other amenities such as The Village Hotel/Gym, Festival Park, Bellahouston Park etc are all really nearby.

There is an initial deposit of £330 and the monthly rent is £330. Bills come to around £150 each, so total rent and bills is around £480-ish. The deposit will be returned at the end of lease period.

Scott is a horticulturist who works in East Dunbartonshire, as well as remotely from home. Scott is obsessed with plants so there are quite a few in the flat and you'll mostly find him pottering about outside in the garden.

Hector works a few different jobs in care and bodywork therapy. He likes cooking, hiking/camping, dancing :)

We're ideally looking for someone who is +28 years old, professional, vegan/vegetarian and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
