Hey everyone, my current flatmate is moving out the end of the month so I'm advertising her room for a new flatmate.
We live in a beautiful and historic red sandstone building, two seconds from the subway and very convenient for town /hospital /parks /motorway!
We have a rooftop terrace! A lovely community in the building! The rooms have got great views and high ceilings. The Landlady is great and really considerate with keeping the rent very reasonable!
Bills are about £100 on top plus 35 for Internet each month.
Myself - I'm a Doctor, so work all shifts including nights and weekends - future flatmate would need to be considerate that I'm sometimes going to be sleeping during the day.
