Double room - short term let only

Hello! I'm looking to rent out my spare room from now to the mid-September (can agree on dates depending on your situation).

The flat is in Battlefield, close to Queens Park, Linn Park and many others, along with the cafes, pubs and library near-by. The double room is spacious, along with full use of the living room, bathroom and kitchen. I've got a very friendly cat too.

I work Monday-Friday and tend to be just resting and chilling on weekdays, along with usually chilling and getting out into nature / seeing friends at the weekend. Sometimes have my partner visiting from up north at the weekend. The rent includes all bills *council tax band B). If you're interested, just get in touch.
