Freshly decorated, furnished (new bed due for delivery asap!) double room with Juliet balcony overlooking the Clyde available for rent in a quiet neighbourhood close to Glasgow city centre. Plenty public transport links nearby - bus, train and subway all within walking distance. On street parking is limited.

Living space, kitchen and bathroom would be shared with a young(ish!) junior doctor who likes going out to gigs and restaurants just as much as cooking at home, watching tv and listening to music. I’m friendly, sociable and chatty but equally spend quite a lot of time out and about.

Short term lets 3-6 months would be preferred but individual circumstances can absolutely be considered.

Rent does not include bills which would be approx £95 for council tax, £50 gas and electric and £20 for broadband/tv licence.
