Double Bedroom - Looking for a Lodger

Looking for a lodger who is looking to move into a spare room in my flat. The flat is just off Alexander Parade, Dennistoun which is a short distance to Glasgow City Centre and Strathclyde University and Caledonian University. Great restaurants are also located nearby on Duke Street which is a short walk.

The Royal Infirmary and the local GP health centres are located very close by.

The flat is located on a quiet complex with a bus stop right outside and walkable to a nearby train station. It is also right next to the M8 motorway turn-off so access is super flexible.

I currently use the dedicated parking but opened to discussions to moving my car to on the street parking.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished but price will be adjusted for new furnishing should that be preferable. This will include a shared bathroom and the use of the living room and kitchen. Utility bills and council tax is expected to be equally split.

The flat is of a good size and the area is pretty chilled with good access to entertainment and general amenities. Viewings recommended, please get in contact if interested.
